The KDVI Group Coaching Practicum is a 10-day programme over 5 modules paced over 9 months. Each module is designed as a combination of learning, connecting and applying, so that you can develop and deepen your group coaching skills as well as learn from peers and experienced coaches.
A final reflection paper is required to complete the programme. This paper will present your coaching assignment and learning journey including a summary of skills acquired and personal commitment.
You will be awarded a KDVI Group Coaching Certificate at the end of the programme, providing that you have attended every module, consistently demonstrated your commitment and passed the final assessment criteria.

The objective for the first module is to provide a psychodynamic-system foundation for group coaching. Using your self as an instrument, you will also experience group coaching as a participant in order to identify a set of principles, process and skills related to group coaching as well as your own professional development needs.
Full days between 8:30-16:00 CET and half days between 8:30-12:45 CET
